Darn you March Madness.
For the first time in maybe 20 years, I ventured out to play some pickup basketball, possibly fueled by watching March Madness.
Within a few minutes, a hard pass bounced off my right pinky finger and I knew I was in trouble. 12 hours later, I now know it’s broken (slight break) and splinted. I had big plans to get out and hit some balls this weekend, but instead, I will now be sucking on ice.
What’s the lesson here? Stick to golf people!
